How does what we discover through scientific excellence ultimately change lives, create opportunities, and shape society?

Research

My research focuses on the nanoscale engineering of intelligent soft materials and sustainable chemical systems that bridge fundamental science with real-world applications. At the Yonsei University IBS Institute, we harness the potential of organic and inorganic materials to design molecular nanoplatforms that solve challenges in medicine, neuroscience and advanced manufacturing.

Innovation

As a technopreneur, I have always held that innovation begins when discovery brings solutions that improve lives. Our work spans research commercialization, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship and ecosystem development. We build and support interdisciplinary projects that connect academia, government, industry, and start-ups to accelerate innovation across Southern Africa and South Korea.

Public Diplomacy
